Every patty weighs 100 grams, and each package weighs 500 grams which contains 5 patties, and every carton contains 24 packages weighing 15 kilograms.

60% chicken , Onions, Bread crumbs, Salt, and Spices

1- Keep the frozen Chicken burger patty at room temperature for one hour before cooking.

2- Place the de-frosted patty on a hot lightly greased pan and cook each side for 3 minutes.

Patties must be kept in -18 centigrade , and do not re-freeze the de-frosted patties
