•Every patty weighs 100 grams, and each package weighs 500 grams which contains 5 patties, and every carton contains 24 packages weighing 12 kilograms.

95% beef, Onions, Salt, and Spices.

1- Keep the frozen Hamburger patty at room temperature for 10 minutes before cooking.

2- Place the de-frosted patty on a hot lightly greased pan and cook each side for 3 minutes.

3- You could also cook the Patties on a Charcoal or Oven grill.

Patties must be kept in -18 centigrade , and do not re-freeze the de-frosted patties.
